At NeuroBalance Integrated Health Foundation Ltd, we believe education and vocational skills can be life-changing — especially when health, neurodiversity, or long-term symptoms have made work and progression difficult for years. That’s why we support beneficiaries aged 18+ with pathway planning, learning readiness, and funding for vocational courses, delivered through our external training provider partners.

Important: courses are delivered by external providers. Our role is to support, prepare, and fund training (subject to eligibility and available funds).

What We Offer

Pathway Guidance

We help you choose a realistic training route based on your strengths and needs:

matching training to capacity (energy, mobility, overload, symptoms)

selecting a pace and format that is sustainable

creating a small-step plan towards job readiness

Partnerships with External Training Providers

We work with external vocational training centres so beneficiaries can access:

established programmes and recognised qualifications

different learning formats where available (in-person/online/hybrid)

options that can be shaped around accessibility needs

Funding Vocational Courses

Subject to available funding, we provide partial or full funding for selected vocational training for beneficiaries aged 18+. Funding may include:

course and/or exam fees (depending on the programme)

learning materials (where appropriate)

support elements that enable participation (depending on needs and scheme rules)

Clear funding criteria, limits, and application steps will be published as each funding round opens.

Support to Stay on Track

We support what often determines success:

an energy-aware learning plan

strategies for “bad days” and overload

organisation (deadlines, documents, communication with providers)

accessibility-friendly formats (clear structure, notes, step-by-step instructions)

Who It’s For

Beneficiaries aged 18+ who:

want new qualifications or to return to learning after a break,

need financial, organisational, or accessibility support,

live with neurodiversity, chronic pain, autoimmune/bowel conditions (e.g., Crohn’s), mobility needs, or communication barriers,

want a pathway towards sustainable work and independence.
