NeuroBalance Integrated Health Foundation Ltd, we support adults (18+) living with ADHD, autism, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, mobility challenges, and sensory differences. We help people regain agency, access education, and return to work through practical support, evidence-informed programmes, and community action. We focus on what truly improves daily life.
What We Do
Everyday Support That Works
We provide practical tools that translate into real-life change: planning, organisation, energy management, sensory overload strategies, routines, communication skills, and coping during difficult periods. Step by step, without judgement.
Health & Wellbeing Programmes
We support people living with chronic pain and long-term neurological, neuromuscular, and autoimmune conditions (including fibromyalgia, neuropathies, and degenerative joint conditions). Our goal is improved quality of life through health education, safe self-care strategies, accessible activities, and reduced isolation.
Skills, Training & Return-to-Work Pathways
We help people build a realistic route into employment or back to work: confidence-building, skills development, training opportunities, and preparation for recruitment and workplace sustainability. We promote reasonable adjustments and inclusive practices with employers and partners.
Funding Practical Help
We raise funds and turn them into tangible support: access to training, assistive equipment, wellbeing initiatives, and practical steps towards independence. Where possible, we move quickly, transparently, and with minimal red tape.
Public Education & Awareness
We improve understanding across communities, families, employers, and stakeholders. We challenge myths about neurodiversity and “invisible” disabilities, share practical solutions, and reduce stigma through education.
Events & Community
We create space for workshops, meetups, and conferences that deliver knowledge and belonging. We build a community where people feel seen — and supported with meaningful actions.
Why It Matters
The Challenge: People Are Often “Invisible” to the System
Many adults live with conditions and limitations that are not obvious: executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm, chronic pain, fatigue, bowel/autoimmune symptoms, and fluctuating mobility. From the outside, life may look “fine” — yet the daily cost can be enormous.
The Impact: Isolation, Work Loss, and Reduced Confidence
When support comes too late, difficulties often escalate: disrupted education, unstable work, worsening health, isolation, and shame. We help break that cycle early — with practical, compassionate support.
The Solution: Practical Support + Education + Reintegration
We combine:
- day-to-day tools and personalised support,
- education and skills development,
- return-to-work and reintegration pathways.
That combination creates sustainable change.
How We Work
- Person-centred and respectful — no judgement, no shame.
- Evidence-informed and practical — tools, strategies, education.
- Partnership-led — working with institutions, employers, and local communities.
- Transparent — clear principles and responsible reporting.
- Accessible by design — striving for neuro-inclusive, user-friendly formats (online and in-person).
