At NeuroBalance Integrated Health Foundation Ltd, we support adults (18+) living with neurodiversity, chronic pain, mobility limitations, and sensory/communication access needs. Our approach is practical, accessible, and dignity-led — helping people navigate daily life, education, and work more sustainably.

What Support You Can Expect

We provide support across areas such as:

Neurodiversity & executive function (ADHD, autism, planning, focus, overload, routines)

Chronic pain & mobility (fibromyalgia, arthritis, fatigue, pacing, ergonomics, sustainable activity)

Autoimmune & bowel conditions (e.g., Crohn’s) — support with daily functioning, energy management, planning, and work/access needs

Sensory & communication access (hearing loss/deafness, captions/transcripts, clear communication, accessibility)

Depending on programme availability, our support may include educational resources, workshops, support pathways, accessibility guidance, and signposting to appropriate solutions and partners as the foundation grows.

How We Work

No judgement, no shame – your needs are valid.

Small steps – sustainable progress over short bursts.

Accessibility – clear structure, plain language, flexible formats where possible.

Empowerment – we aim to strengthen independence and agency.

Step-by-Step: How to Get Support

Contact us – briefly share what you need (work/education/daily life; overload; pain; communication).

Tell us what works for you – email only, short messages, online call, captions, etc.

We’ll respond with next steps – available resources, current options, and what we’re launching next.

You don’t need a perfect story — just tell us what feels hardest right now.

Accessibility

We aim to make access easier. If you need a specific communication format (short bullet points, written contact, captions, slower pace), let us know — we’ll adapt wherever possible.
