At NeuroBalance Integrated Health Foundation Ltd, we run events that combine education, practical tools, and community. We design our sessions to be as accessible as possible for neurodivergent adults and people living with chronic pain, mobility needs, and communication barriers — so you can take part at your own pace and in a supportive environment.

What We Run

Practical workshops – tools for daily functioning, planning, and energy management

Educational sessions – neurodiversity, chronic pain, accessibility, return-to-work support

Webinars and online sessions – for those who can’t travel or prefer remote access

Community meetups – low-pressure, non-judgemental space for connection

Partner events – delivered with external experts and organisations

Event Accessibility

We aim to make events accessible. Depending on the format, we provide or consider:

clear agendas and predictable structure

simple materials and easy-to-follow instructions

breaks and participation at your own pace

online/hybrid options where possible

communication support options (e.g., captions where available)

If you have specific access needs, contact us before the event — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Where to Find Upcoming Dates

We publish upcoming events and registration details here and in our updates. If there are no dates listed, we are preparing the next schedule.
