At NeuroBalance Integrated Health Foundation Ltd, we want to ensure that lack of money doesn’t block access to growth, safety, and greater independence. Subject to available funding, we run microgrants and support for vocational training and/or essential equipment. Our aim is fast, practical help that makes a real difference to daily life and the path back to work.
Important: grant availability depends on the foundation’s funding. Programmes are launched in stages through funding rounds.
What Support May Cover
Depending on the current round and budget, support may include:
Microgrants – small grants for high-impact practical needs
Training support – funding towards vocational courses (delivered by external partners)
Equipment support – funding for tools/equipment that enable learning, work, or safe functioning
Participation support – elements that help someone take part (where the scheme allows)
What Do Microgrants Typically Help With?
Microgrants are designed to solve a specific, practical barrier rather than fund everything at once. Examples (round-dependent) may include:
support that enables return to learning or work
solutions that improve accessibility and communication
equipment that supports living with pain and mobility limitations
essentials needed to start a course or work pathway safely
Eligible costs and exclusions will be clearly set out in each funding round.
How Decisions Are Made
We aim for fairness and clarity. Applications are considered based on:
need and impact (will it make a meaningful difference?)
feasibility (can it be implemented in a reasonable timeframe?)
alignment with our aims (health, education, reintegration, accessibility)
available budget for the round
How the Process Works
Check the current funding round (when open).
Submit a short application – what you need and why.
Review and decision – based on the round’s criteria.
Payment/funding – in line with the scheme terms.
Light-touch feedback – a brief update on how the support helped.
